Try Out Information

This years’ tryouts will be hosted at Liberty Middle School on September 23^rd, 24^th, and 25^th from 3:30 to 5:00

You must complete the tryout form found here TRYOUT FORM (please complete only once)

6^th graders interested in being managers may also fill out the form above

You also must have a completed physical on file found here PHYSICAL
