Athletes must have the following to try-out for LMS Baseball:
- Dragon Fly Max Account: (create parent account first, then student account)
You must complete all forms including current AHSAA physica forml (link to form below)
in order to be eligible, all parent and student E-Signatures Required.
Liberty Middle School Code: SLCKV8
- Once on Team, Star Sportsmanship Certification Required of 7th grade and new 8th grade players:
(Register, create account, go through tutorials, upload certificate to Dragon Fly Max account).
