When does TSA meet?

Meetings for each school year begin in late August/early September and run through April for state competitions and May for those competing in national competitions.

For 2024-25, we will be meeting on Thursdays with the choice of attending a morning OR afternoon session. SEE BELOW FOR EXACT DATES.

When and Where? Purple Pod, 112, with Mrs. Hearrington, Thursdays from 7:30am to 8am OR 3:30-4:15pm.

To join, just come to a meeting. (See Mrs. H. for a morning pass if coming in mornings.)

TSA (all events except robotics), Thursdays, AM or PM. (Depending on the event, not attending every meeting may suffice for preparation for your project/event if you are working on your event at home as well. Just make sure to check in on club days or via email with Mrs. Hearrington about your progress.)

TSA VEX Robotics will meet as part of the Robotics Club and once the robotics team is formed, they will coordinate meetings together to practice. See Ms. Peterson for details. TSA is restructuring its robotics program and will not have a middle school level robotics event this year but will have a TSA branded one starting Fall 2025.

TSA Leadership Team (Officers): If you want to be a part of the decision makers of the club, let Mrs. Hearrington know asap.

    • Parent Meeting for those students interested in attending the State Conference/Competition - November 14, 4:15pm
    • $100 non-refundable deposit due by November 30 to secure a spot on the bus.
    • NO meeting November 28 - Thanksgiving

    Parent Meeting RESCHEDULED re: State - NOW, it is February 6, 4:15pm (A parent for each student attending State must attend.)

    • It's deadline time! Get those projects done, presentations polished, paperwork and money in, to reserve your spot at State!

    • Deadline for STATE pin and Tshirt designs is Thursday, February 20.
    • Last call for projects and registrations, final payment for State due - February 14, 2025.
    • February 27 - Tightening up the quality of our submitted projects, practicing interviews and other State experiences.

    • NO Thursday Meeting March 13 - Spring Break or March 20
    • Club Meetings: Thursday, March 6, FRIDAY, March 21, and Thursday, March 27, and FRIDAY, March 28

    Want to go to Nationals in Nashville?

    June 27 - July 1, 2025 Gaylord Opryland Nashville

    National Attendees will need to meet May 8 with a parent to complete registration paperwork and pay National Conference registration. Room 112, Purple Pod at 4:15pm. National attendees will use 3:30 to 4:15pm time on May 8 to discuss preparations/plans for the national conference.

    Students MUST attend with a parent if attending Nationals.
