In the fall of 2009, I was given the opportunity to serve as 9th Grade World History teacher and Head Baseball Coach here at Liberty.

Currently, I teach 7th Grade Civics and World Geography

I have spent the majority of my life in the Northern part of Alabama.  I was born and raised in Huntsville by two very loving parents.  I attended and graduated from Madison Academy High School in 2001 and was given the opportunity to play Baseball at the University of Alabama-Huntsville from 2001-2006.  Sports (especially Baseball) have played an huge part in my families' and my past and present.  My grandfather, Don Mincher, played Major League Baseball for 13 years, served as President of the Huntsville Stars from 1985-2001, and President of the Southern League of Minor League Baseball.  My Father and Uncle have coached at the high school level for many years, and my goal is to do the same one day.  I am a very competitive person and driven to be the best at whatever I am doing.  I hold students in my classroom and athletes on the field to high expectations; striving to promote, on a daily basis, an environment of excellence.
